Message | Our reaction to this proposal is mixed. Cutting taxes to spur growth is one of the core tenets our economic policy, but that it cannot be done if it leads to massive deficits. You have precluded that by cutting military spending massively - which we think is a great mistake and a mistaken policy. While we support these particular tax cuts, we cannot support them being purchased at the cost of our nation's safety. Whether we vote yes or no on this measure depends on what happens with the proposed budget. |
