Allows regions to abolish the restrictive taxation of religious institutions designed to reduce the influence of Hosianism in our society. Also allows religious people to teach their children in accordance with their religious principles. |

Current: No religions are taxed.
Proposed: Religious taxation policy is left to the local governments.

Old value:: Religious schools are not allowed.
Current: Religious schools are allowed, but are strictly regulated. Only recognised religions may set up religious schools.
Proposed: Any religion may set up a school, with no regulations.
