MessageWe can't we do secret operations on their soil? It is our duty to protect and advance out own country's interests. We are not first and foremost citizens of Terra, but of Telamon. Having an intelligence service that can, if absolutely necessary, conduct foriegn operations is essential to our long term security and international success. I must vote no.
