Date | 14:58:06, March 29, 2015 CET | From | Great National Republican Guard | To | Debating the Youth Freedom Act |
Message | Mr. Speaker, Youngsters can move to another country and attend other schools. If they don't want to do national service, they shouldn't live in Lodamun or attend Lodamese schools. The FJS is a party of lazy bourgeois brats who feel entitled to everything without feeling the need to give anything back to this Great Democratic Republic. -- Andre Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Minister of Trade/Industry, Vice President of Lodamun |

Message | Mr Speaker, Encouraging our youth to leave Lodamum to get out of military service is highly counter-productive. Which is better, invest thousands in educating people in our school and university system and let them stay here, get jobs and pay taxes, or cause them to decide to leave to avoid compulsory service; thus sending all that talent over to contribute to the economy of another country? Service is honorable and productive, and should be encouraged, but it isn't for everyone. In a free society we let people choose their own path, we don't force them into programs thru rigid establishment. David Literate FJS Education and Culture Advisor |

Message | Mr. Speaker, What military service? The FJS Advisor on Education and Culture should change his name to"David Illiterate" because he is not literate. The current law says that graduates "must serve a term of civilian national service" not military service. Also, I did not say that graduates should leave to go to other countries to dodge service. I said that persons who don't want to do service shouldn't attend Lodamese schools in the first place. Lodamese schools are for people who want to serve Lodamun, unlike the lazy bourgeois brats in the FJS. National service is simply a graduate's first job, and a graduate is paid for doing it. These graduates get to choose where they want to work in the public sector, and they can learn skills from this. No-one is forced to do national service. If the supporters of the FJS don't want their children to do national service, they can send them to Zardugal or some other country to be sex slaves or to attend school there. We don't need them in Lodamun's schools. They do not deserve to attend Lodamun's schools if they do not want to do national service. -- Andre Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Minister of Trade/Industry, Vice President of Lodamun |

Message | Mr Speaker, Military service was a typo nothing more. Andre Fertig has stepped over a line suggesting that our children be sex slaves. David Literate |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I did not know that someone could make a typo while speaking. Obviously David Illiterate doesn't know what he is talking about. -- Andre Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Minister of Trade/Industry, Vice President of Lodamun |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
