MessageThese landmines would not be deployed in civilian areas in Telamon. They would be deployed defensively in the case of attack by a foreign power. The only peron's safety you'd been aiding would be that of our enemies.

MessageOf course not, in some parts of this county I'm unable to walk because otherwise I will step on a land mine. That's absurd. Also as I have told many times, their is no foreign threat threatening our country.

MessageI still think that citizens safety will be respected by the armed forces. The current provision eaves the option for their use open in case there is s catastrophe. There may not be a specific foreign threat, but there is always the possibility. More importantly, treating foreign policy with that blithe conviction that no one will ever wish us harm is more likely than not to encourage the emergence of a threat. Strength, not naive goodwill and disarmament, is what will keep the worst wars from ever occurring.
