Due imminent threat of a Pntek Nationalist challenge to our freedom, we shall hereby terminate the remaining extra-parliamentary activities from our constitution.

WE DECLEARE THAT

I. The Office of State Director may not be challenged in public elections.
II. The State Director is tasked with appointing the Government of Free Pontesi.
III. The State Director shall appoint an Administrator to preside over the Government of Free Pontesi and it's day-to-day activities."
