| Firstly, thank you to all parties for your participation in the last election. We look forward to another term of political process with you all. We would also like to express a farewell and a thank-you to the Arch Party after their efforts over the years and the political challenge they have provided us with. Now, onto business: This is not a legislative bill, so no changes to the law will be made. We are simply gauging interest on an idea. You may vote accordingly or leave your thoughts; neither actions will serve as proof that this idea will or will not be implemented. Much of Dolgaria's peace and prosperity lends itself to our position on our close-knit northern continent of Keris ( http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Keris ). There are four nations on Keris: Dolgaria, Kizenia, Trigunia, and Egelion. Almost two millennia ago in 2059, the Kerisian Union ( http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Kerisian_Union ) was established by a Dolgarian socialist party. It was revived after a long period of inactivity in 3464 by a short-lived Trigunian conservative party, but died once again over time. Much of the Kerisian political landscape has changed since then. Despite our sole land border with Kizenia, our four nations have generally been politically isolated from each other. In order to maintain a conflict-free land border, relative peace, and stable trade and transport on our small continent, we believe it would be in the interest of Dolgaria and our neighbours to form a new league of Kerisian countries. Terms and rules of the union would be decided later on. Countries would maintain their sovereignty and interests, but more political involvement and certain protocols of communication would be established. We would also encourage conventions after certain intervals of time to ensure that the union stays alive. But before we initiated anything, we wanted to measure whether our political parties here at home would be in agreement with such a union first before we approach the other countries with the proposal. So, the question for the vote and the debate is: Do you support Dolgaria being the founding member of a political union with our neighbouring nations on Keris? Why or why not? |

| Message | Well, you know us, we're isolationists. ;) Firstly I think it would be of advantage to us to find out the other countries view on this. Normally we'd certainly say no and that we should focus on our country instead, however there's not really that much that needs to actually happen in Dolgaria, in our opinion we're one of the most stable and successful countries in the whole of Terra, so now our "quest" for a better Dolgaria has pretty much been achieved, maybe it wouldn't hurt to help a few other nations achieve a slice of our success, but we should stay "on top of the food chain" and we shouldn't spend too much money on foreign aid or affairs because it's good to have a large surplus of money in case of emergencies. |

| Message | On closer expectation, I think we should not interfere with each other too much or interfere with each others laws, and no more treaties which restrict out laws further. Forward Party, I think we'd all like the effects of this union clearly spelled out. |

| Message | Interference is not on our radar either. We likely wouldn't enforce certain legislative tenets; we would mostly establish a mutually acknowledged set of protocols such as easier passage for citizens of Kerisian countries, emphasized trade, regular meetings, or other collaborative projects. We are appealing to the other parties to ask what they believe the effects of the union should be, if they want one at all. |

| Message | Ah okay. Well for a start, we believe there should be absolutely no treaties whatsoever, we believe there should be as little effect as possible. Regular meetings and emphasised trade should be the only effects in our opinion, it should not be easier for Kerrisian citizens to pass into each others countries, that will cause more trouble than it's worth. |

| Message | Greetings fellow Kerisians, I am Farsun aka Vengeance. I'm playing the All-Trigunian Patriotic Union in Trigunia currently. I attempted to revive the Kerisian Union quite sometime ago and then I left for other adventures in Particracy. I would be interested to see Dolgaria return to it's Slavic glory that it was made to be as well as seeing the KU come back. I believe if we do it, or if you wish, we could definitely make it a bit more interesting. I'll check in here and see whats going on, just drop the comments here and we can chat.
