| By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the Federal Republic of Jelbania, and to co-ordinate a national response to the Felinist refugee crisis: Section 1 All Felinist refugees who seek refugee in the Federal Republic of Jelbania are to be granted permanent residency status upon request for such.They are also to be granted free accommodation until such a time they should attain gainful employment. Section 2 This Yassa declares the creation of a Refugee Resettlement Agency (RRA) which is is scheduled to operate for the next ten years, begining from the point that this Yassa comes into effect. Section 3 The RRA shall operate under the direction of the Mnistry of Infrastructure and Transport. The Mnistr shall determine the composition and specific functions of the RRA. Section 4 The RRA s directed to focus resettlement of these people in the depopulated eastern coastal areas. The Yassa is to come into effect on October 1, 3824. Signed President Shmil Kengljy |
