Bill: Small Government

Details

Submitted by[?]: Free Democratic Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 3825

Description[?]:

"Our goal is to get 90% of the government localized or abolished. We are well on our way, and why stop? Any use of private funds to help the market is using the taxes of the middle and lower class to worship the upper class. We don't like that."

~Ted Johnson, head chairman of the LPS and Prime minister

Message"No guarantees for the fiscal security of the nation, no plan for emergency relief to failing businesses, no help for the national economy. The LPS want to abandon Solentian workers and leave them to the dreams and wishes of the free market."

MessageOur party agrees that tax dollars should not be used to prop up any private businesses. That said, it is very important to have regulations on the stock market in an effort to at least decrease the risk of bubbles and stock market crashes. These will still occur no matter how many regulations we have, but having no regulations would only make them worse.
