| Me. Aya of the Defense Ministry, for himself, proposes the following bill: A BILL To expand the military of Sekowo. Section I. Short Title This bill may be citied as "Project Falcon" or "Military Expansion Act of 3835." Section II. Report The report given by the Minister of Defence, shall be used as the main outline for this project. The report reads: (15¥.SS.KS)The military expansion shall begin after the Kokkai has passed the bill to do so. It is said to finish in the year of 3845 on September 4th, 20 years from now. The report is broken up into the three branches: Army Expansion: The Army is the first line of offense. We must provide them with high quality training and more military bases. The Army number shall increase by 100,000 active troops and 50,000 Reserved troops. There shall be two training centers built in Itokaki and Signor. There will be high quality training for all army troops, active and reserved. Also, another military base shall be constructed as well in Sanko, Kutakzal. This military base will be able to hold 300,000 troops and equipment such as weapons, tanks, artillery, etc. Another military base shall be constructed in Vorona in the year of 3835 for an increased protection for the people and its government. Pay will go into researching new and improved technology and weapons. This process should take 10 years, but will not be into service until 3845. Navy Expansion: The Navy is a great line of defense. High quality training for the high level ships and equipment being used. The number of active troops shall increase by 10,000 troops and increase the engineering by 20,000 engineers. The engineers are military personnel that will control the ships for the use of the troops. A naval base is not needed to be built, but if needed, the location shall be in Mizuho, Sanko. A training center for the troops shall be built in Yamashima, Nanzan. This will be a high, intensified training center for the troops. A Naval Engineering University will be composed in two locations, Hishikuwa, Tōzan and Mangusuku, Sanko. These Unicersities will train and teach future naval engineers how to control the boats, etcetera. The ships are up-to-date, but research will go on for future ships that is more high-tech and productive. The number of all ships shall increase by 4. Air Force: The Air Force is a great line of attack and defense. Higher quality training is required. The number of active troops shall increase by 15,000 and the number of engineers shall increase by 20,000. The engineers are military personnel that will repair, manufacture, etc. the planes being used. Another Air Field Base is needed. It shall be built in Higawada, Hokuzan. This base will be the largest Air Force Base in Sekowo. A training center shall also be built there. This center will train troops with high, intensified training for a better use. A University for the engineers will be built in Higawada, Hokuzan as well. Here, the engineers will learn and be trained in all aspects of the Air Force. New planes are always being found and research shall continue. ________________________________________________________________________ Knowing that the Defense budget cannot support some of these things, we ask that the Kokkai would help fund it and any other Ministry. Section III. Funding The Defence Ministry asks for funding. The whole project is said to cost over 2.4 Trillion SEK. The Defence budget is only 300 Billion SEK and 200 Billion is going into this project. The Kokkai shall fund the following: 1. From the Kokkai, 1 Trillion SEK will be provided for the Ministry of Defence 2. From the Treasury, 1 Trillion SEK will be provided for the Ministry of Defence 3. From the Defence, 400 Billion SEK will be used If any of these are not met, the Ministry will be under lock down until it is paid. Section IV. Enactment This Act shall be enacted by the Senators of the Kokkai. |
