Bill: Endangered and Exotic Animal Reform
Details
Submitted by[?]: Federal Green Party (FGP)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 3826
Description[?]:
Let's allow local government to establish regulations on animal ownership. We already require regular pets to be registered with local governments. As a result it is reasonable to say that local government should establish laws regarding the ownership of exotic and endangered animals. For example, if a major city wishes to ban the ownership of lions this seems entirely reasonable and they should be able to do so or establish regulations on private ownership of animals to address their unique situation. |
