Article 1 stipulates all those incarcerated must perform daily work as a part of their rehabilitation. Article 2 orders the continuation of earlier programs cataloging DNA from those convicted of felonious crimes. Article 3 stipulates all those incarcerated must wait 1 (one) year after release from custody to regain the right to vote in elections. |
