Message | Why would you want to prevent people from getting a divorce if they wish to do so? Not loving your partner is a "grounded cause" as well. And even just wishing to divorce and be on your own is "grounded cause". Consent is paramount. If you are in a non-consensual marriage then it is an illegitimate marriage and you should be free to leave at any time, without government interference. |

Message | "Article 3 is a definite no. Article 4 is a slight no. We'd accept article 4 if something else was deregulated along side of it. Article 5 is one of the worst articles we've ever seen. For a summary: Article 1 is terrible. Article 2 isn't good but it isn't terrible. Article 3 is terrible. Article 4 isn't good, but it isn't terrible. Article 5 is absolutely awful. We vote no." ~Amy Smith, Secondary Chairman of the LPS and Prime Minister |

Message | "Mr Speaker, As Solentia's law currently doesn't recognise or regulate marriages at all, divorces cannot be regulated either. We are quite positive about this system, since it allows for a multitude of interpretations of the term "marriage", and the central government doesn't need to care. We do support the proposed abortion law though." Rosalie de Fay Liberty Dawn Tribune |

Message | Please explain your stance on divorces. We have already outlined why this is ridiculous, what do you say in response? Shouldn't people be free to get divorced whenever they like for any or no reason? |

Random quote: "The Revolution needs to progress. We as humans need to evolve into higher beings through better moral virtues. And we can achieve that if we clean ourselves from the immoral. Those who go against the Revolution, go against human progress and must be freed in the most humane way possible. That is why we introduced the guillotine." - Maximus Robertson, former Davostani revolutionary |
