Message | We believe that it is rather vague and is not clear exactly what purpose it will serve, however, if we were to ratify it we would be able to influence the definition of Fair Trade and how the commission operates. I will have to study it in more detail beofre I can give my recommendation as Foreign Minister (which you wil all probably disagree with anyway!!!) |
