Voting deadline: October 3835
Description[?]:
A bill to allow certain forms of public decency laws to be decided at the local level, rather than being enforced by federal caveat. The specific policies being decentralized by this act include abortion, gambling, prostitution, and the sale of alcohol and recreational drugs. We believe that, with the diversity of views on these issues across the nation, it is proper to allow local governments to regulate these things in reasonable ways. |
