MessageMr/Madam Chairman,

"In direct response to the eminent gentleman of The Traditional Republican Party: we believe this bill would prevent any political party or coalition from ever having full political control over the Government, it would allow for minority parties to exercise some form of influence."

Message"Extremist" Parties (such as the SUN) gain political control due to their extremism. Smaller parties with moderate approaches will have a say instead of two extremism parties allying. What if the SCNU and the SUN obtained half of the legislative branch? They'd be able to control the cabinet, the legislation, and the head of state.

Message"This would just create a messy and inefficient cabinet that would drown in internal struggles. A democraticly election majority coalition should have control over the government, anything else would be to refuse the people their wish. We appriciate the clarification, but we cannot support this legislation."

MessageWe are sorry to say that this will violate the Supreme Presidential Powers Clarification Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=257919), which places solely in the hands of the President to propose the cabinet that he wishes. It was only of recent that the newer parties decided to ignore the act.

Message"Mr/Madam Chairman,

I thank the gentleman for clarification of this, and ask that such consequential bills perhaps be codified in the CSR at some point so we can be aware of them more easily?

That being made a point, I motion to table this bill and ask all members to promptly abstain from voting."

Random fact: Large scale RP planning (such as wars, regional/continental conflicts, economic collapse, etc.) should be planned (as best as it can be) and should have consent of a majority of players involved.
