With passing of this bill, private ownership of any means of production and private entrepreneurship shall become criminal offences. All private assets remaining after previous nationalizations shall become property of the State. Following penalties are set for illegal entrepreneurship depending on total profits: 99.999 SOL or less: 100% fine and up to 1000 hours of community service 100.000 SOL-999.999 SOL: 100%-200% fine and 1-10 years imprisonment 1.000.000 SOL-4.999.999 SOL: 200%-300% fine and 10-30 years imprisonment 5.000.000 SOL or more: full confiscation of property, then life sentence or capital punishment (if such law exists) |
