| We feel if the government makes abortion legal, then it must provide funding for abortion clinics. In this bill there are also provisions to ensure clinics do not break the law. section 1A) All clinics must be inspections each year section 1B) Any clinic found to be breaking the law will have 6 months to bring themselves up to code section 1C) Any clinic found to be breaking the law will face a fine of 1,000,000 SOL section 1D) Any clinic which does not bring themselves up to code within 6 months shall be shut down. |
