Article 1.
(1) Only those of Canrillaise blood, born to those of Canrillaise parents shall be eligible for Aldurian nationality.
(2) One parent, either legal or biological, must be a recognized national of Alduria.

Article 2.
(1) Aldurian nationals are permitted to hold dual citizenship only with the nationality of another Canrillaise nation from the following: Rildanor, Kanjor or Lourenne. Citizenship of these countries shall be considered to have special status.
(2) Section 2.1 does not override the nationality laws of the recognized special status countries nor void citizenship obligations to these countries.

Article 3.
(1) Nationals of Rildanor, Kanjor or Lourenne who are Canrillaise speaking or of Canrillaise blood shall be permitted residence in Alduria.
