| The President of the Trigunian Federation has issued the following Presidential Decree, numbered 2. Issued :: June 7th, 3838 Text of the Decree Article I :: All Trigunian pagans, who are registered with the Federal Statistics Agency, are offered 10,000 Trigunian Rabols to travel to Selucia and become citizens. Article II :: In the efforts of fostering international relations we have agreed to cooperate with the state of Selucia on this, they are responsible for receiving all Trigunian pagans. |
