Bill: Fair Tax Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Free Democratic Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 3839
Description[?]:
We actually don't believe in taxes, but in order to achieve that goal, we have to do it peacefully and gradually. You parties out there that still believe in smaller government and anti-authoritarianism might see our tax request as a bit progressive and excessive. We agree. This 10% tax is indeed excessive, but it is moderate enough that socialist parties might accept it. However, this high tax is still lower than our communist state that it is replacing, and it is a step the right direction. |

Message | "Mr/Madam Chairman, This will result in a major growth in the income gap. The only group this plan benefits is the wealthy class, who also tend to vote for the anarchist party. Which I needlessly remind you is an oxymoron in the most minimal sense." Senator Nathalie Pelosi DSP, Shinatawa |
