| This Document is declared to be Executive Order XIII. This numbering was determined by acknowledging Executive Orders I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI and XII issued by Federal Independents Federal Governor Vedrini and Supreme Presidents Jerillio, Duvalle and Seville, the Unionist Supreme Presidents Carney, Lattimer, Leylabi and Roanrar, the Chann National Party President Kaiser Chann and the Executive Decree made by Conservative Party Supreme President Brown. --=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= IN THE YEAR THIRTY EIGHT HUNDRED AND FORTY, BY ORDER OF THE EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF SOLENTIA, By powers granted to the Head of State in Article 5 of the Supreme Presidential Power Clarification Act 2786 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=257919), I, President Dianne Goldman, do hereby enact the following Orders; This Office Recognises, 1) That the nation cannot fully function without an operational judiciary. 2) That recent legislative actions demand the use of a functioning judicial branch to balance the separation of powers. This Office therefore Orders, 1. That the Steamlining of Government Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=338915) be revoked in its entirety. 2. That SR009: Supreme Court of Solentia Act 2923 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=292015) be reinstated and reaffirmed by the legislature of the land as legal, valid and binding. 3) That according to the laws of this land, this Order does not require Senatorial backing but may be overturned by a 2/3rds vote in the Senate on a Bill specifically designed to undo it.
