The amount of quota a party can accumulate is currently ridiculously low, it's prohibiting the progress that parties could otherwise be making and we propose we increase it by far.

MessageBut 7 is nowhere near enough, 7 as a maximum is ridiculously low. 10 or even 15 would be too low, we believe 25 is sensible and fair, especially when some parties may want to propose large bills with 10+ proposals.
