This act is being placed forward in the pursuit of deregulating pollution in a man or woman's private property. Government property (until government property is eliminated) will still have regulations. This bill shall contain a budget change in addition to the proposals that will cut the environmental spending by 90%, industry spending by 25%, and health spending by 10%. Here are the details. (OOC: because the bill directly relates to the budget, I will have a budget cut along with the proposals.) A. Immediate defunding of any national or local environmental regulator. B. The potential legislative authority to provide tax breaks for private "environmental activist" organizations. C. A 90% spending deduction in Environment and Tourism to account for environmental deregulations. D. A 25% spending deduction in Trade and Industry to account for various industrial deregulations. E. A 10% spending deduction in Health and Social Services due to the elimination of environmental health protection and regulations. |
