Message | The TRP is grateful. This bill, in addition to the Capital Punishment bill, will pave the way for Telamon to be the first signatory to the Terran Convention on Fundamental Rights. |

Message | While we have not yet decided, it is possible that the NRP will not vote to ratify the Terran Convention on Fundamental Rights. We disagree with the provisions regarding DNA, capital punishment, and the treatment of POWs (in times emergency) and envision changing them when we return to power. We value Telamon's word in the international community very highly, and thus would likely not vote for an agreement which we would need to back out of once in power. |
