Why is it the taxpayers who shall pay for the waste disposal from private companies. It should be paid for by the the private companies themselves. If this is not done in a proper manner there will be consequenses. Inappropriate and dangerous waste handling will be strictly punished. The private companies can receive money penalties for their ignorance of the legislation.
