Message | Mr Speaker, This is yet again an example of the government's ignorance in making bills that make no sense. Titles of Nobility, Voting methods, and Financing campaigns, have little to do with each other. We would be willing to vote on Article 1, should the bill be amended to one article. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We agree with PN that most bills should have a more specific focus than this one. As for content, we disagree with the introduction of titles of nobility into our society as well as changing the method of determining the number of seats each region receives in the legislature. We are willing to support ending public financing of campaigns. I yield. |
