This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Communist Party of Jakania
Article 3
The responsibilites of Food and Agriculture will be conducted by the Jakanian Naturalists
Article 4
The responsibilites of Environment and Tourism will be conducted by the Jakanian Naturalists
Article 5
The responsibilites of Trade and Industry will be conducted by the Jakanian Democratic Socialist Party

The responsibilites of Foreign Affairs will be conducted by the Jakanian Naturalists

The responsibilites of Internal Affairs will be conducted by the Jakanian Democratic Socialist Party

| Message | There should be a though discussion on what the new government should be doing, but here are some proposals: First thing is to rebalance the budget. We should at first implement a taxing system on income, expecially on higher incomes. The goal is to have about 150 billion JAK in returns, making the actual budget having a surplus. This can be increased to 200 during the period of government Then, there should be a redistributing of the budget priorities. Off course, an gradual increase in the miserably low expenses for education, health and infrastructure, and a gradual decrease of the budget for military expenses, that is now taking up to 65% of our nations income. |

| Message | I think that this, while being more moderate than the previous Cabinet, excludes key parties within Jakania, Namingly the Moderates and CMAG. I can easily see reason for them to oppose this proposal. However, speaking hopefully on behalf of all left, center left parties here, I think that this cabinet even without the Moderate Democrats and CMAG involved can work with the two parties to make a just government which gives everyone willing to try, a good opportunity to succeed aswell as keeping our economy soaring past our previous debts and into a new era of prosperity. I believe that if the MDP and CMAG gives this Cabinet an opportunity to work with them this nation could truelly become *United* Jakania instead of the constant partison bickering that plagues many other nations. |
