Message | Mr. Speaker, While the PKPD does acknowledge the fact that the individual needs of smaller communities need to be respected, we do find it difficult to support the devolution of such a private, intimate, and personal issue. Should not such a thing as marriage be unbound by such varying restrictions and instead be subject to the wishes of the individuals involved?
