| This Document is declared to be Executive Order XIV. This numbering was determined by acknowledging Executive Orders I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, and XIII issued by Federal Independents Federal Governor Vedrini and Supreme Presidents Jerillio, Duvalle and Seville, the Unionist Supreme Presidents Carney, Lattimer, Leylabi and Roanrar, the Chann Nationalist President Kaiser Chann, the Democratic Socialist President Diane Goldman and the Executive Decree made by Conservative Party Supreme President Brown. --=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= IN THE YEAR THIRTY EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY, BY ORDER OF THE EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF SOLENTIA, By powers granted to the Head of State in Article 5 of the Supreme Presidential Power Clarification Act 2786 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=257919), I, President Cecylia Goldsea-Vincenti, do hereby enact the following Orders; This Office Recognises, 1) That the national budget has been reduced by 50% since the start of the century 2) That recent attempts have been made to introduce further cuts to the national budget. 3) That the state of the nations finances do not require a further round of austerity. 4) That the current Government have made no signal that they will increase investment in the nation's industries. This Office therefore Orders, 1. That the Government take out a 4bn loan from the Bank of Chann. 2. That this 4bn will be split equally between the 4 Government Departments; Health & Social Services, Science & Technology, Trade & Industry and Transport & Infrastructure. 3) That these Departments are now legally obliged to spend their 1bn investment on substantial improvements to the national infrastructure by building new facilities, investing in credible research, conducting asset reviews and boosting productivity. 3) That according to the laws of this land, this Order does not require Senatorial backing but may be overturned by a 2/3rds vote in the Senate on a Bill specifically designed to undo it. | Message | Borrowing money from a private bank? Also, we don't recognize the Presidential Powers Clarification Act as legal legislation, as it was an amendment that didn't obtain 2/3's majority. Constitutional amendments require a 2/3's majority. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, I rise today to say spit in the general direction of President Cecylia. This is a slap in the face of the elected representation of the people. Her presidency, is at best, illegitimate. Her party, the Unionist Party, was a part of a coalition government and she chose to end that. She chose to end that coalition government. She, herself, made the call to have her members of government resign their positions and therefore give up any influence that had in this government. And now, after that, she chooses to act as a tyrant and a dictator. Lawless and circumventing the elected and expressed will of the people! This is an outrage! We must not sit down and accept this. We cannot and we will not accept this! This is antidemocratic! The very antithesis of democracy! We call on all our senators and the entirety of this body to stand up and fight against this.
