His Most High Majesty is the source of all authority in the Shahdom.
Legislative, executive and judicial authority is vested in his person.
The Book of Truth shall be the basis for all laws and regulations issued by the State.

The Shah has the authority to
> appoint all public officials and servants of the State.
> decide on use of public funds
> delegate any of his powers to persons of his choosing
> determine the Shahdom's relations with other countries.
> nominate all candidates for election to the Consultative Council.
> dissolve the Consultative Council
> issue Farmâns/Farmans/Firmans (Royal Decrees) with the full force of law.
