This bill helps to decrease the abuse of Quanzari's environment. Renewable energy is extremely important because, one, it does not pollute the environmant, two, it is cheeper in the long run and three, effectively using the reasources our country has access to, sun, wind, water, etc., will decrease our nation's dependency on foreign oil, which only succeds in being expensive and costly to the environment.
