MessageI think that what we have at the moment is ok, and we need to find a position on this and stick to it - it keeps yoyoing and it isnt doing anybody any good. at the moment we seem to have a compromise.

MessageI'm merely returning this to the position it was at before ...NCP made it all three from one and we "compromized" to make it two.

That is after we already decided that the compromise was one trimester from none at all. So i'm just returning to equilibrium..
