Mr. Speaker,

This UNCONSTITUTIONAL bill was rammed into the Parliament without NO DEBATE.

In a FREE, DEMOCRATIC, and CAPITALISTIC society, it is NOT the duty of local Governments to DENY farmers their PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS as guaranteed by our Bill of Rights.

Thus, the CAPITALIST Working Families Party will fight this bill all the away to the Supreme Court to have it declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
