Bill: Proposal to expand the powers of nobility

Details

Submitted by[?]: За Царя (In the Name of the Tsar)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 3854

Description[?]:

Our glorious monarchy should stand on a firm ground. The Дворяне, whose noble titles were earned by their hard working ancestors, are the only class our Tsar Nicholas First can rely on. If we expand their rights, they will be perfectly loyal.

This proposal will also stop emptying our treasury to feed the peasants. They should work for their masters to feed themselfes. If we feed them, they will not work. People who don't work are always doing harmful things, the worst possible being rebelling against the government. So we are eliminating all welfare.

The privatization of state assets will occur. The assets will be given for free to existing nobility to improve its loyality to the Tsar. Nobler and more ancient families will be given more wealth. Let their noblilty be rewarded by our generous monarch!
