Message | Mr.Speaker, But this bill will restrict our citizens to enjoy their freedom to choose their life of earning.National service may develop nationalism, but decreases the people's freedom.Granting freedom to the citizens is the right method to be strong.Unless there is a threatening situation, i donot see anything that will give meaning to this bill. Message | Mr. Speaker, This bill takes away basic rights for our citizens. Forcing compulsory military service is a breach on their freedom as people. All this will do is cause more fatalities due to the fact that many people are not suited to serve in the armed forces. We support a national service that people choose to serve in. We strongly oppose this bill. Tyler Boyd, Deputy Leader Eastern-Central Alliance |

Message | Mr. Speaker, If this bill passes, let me assure all parties that the ECA will stop at nothing until it is returned to its current state in the laws of the land. This bill moves towards turning The Great Democratic Republic of Lodamun into a totalitarian militarist state, slowly taking away people's personal freedom and basic human rights. I repeat, we will stop at nothing to ensure that there shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service. Alex Gleed Leader Eastern-Central Alliance |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The Great Democratic Republic was never founded as some grand liberal paradise. In it's early days, and even a few decades ago, it was totalitarian and militarist. This law was one of the laws that characterised the Great Democratic Republic. -- Trevor Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, President of Lodamun |

Message | Mr. Speaker. This has to take place within the grand strategy of our national defence. Our people will be happy to be able to defend themselves. And nit just be in a state of fear and laziness. Dorian Powers Internal Affairs Minister |
