Bill: Organ Donation Reforms 3857
Details
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 3857
Description[?]:
Currently, organ donations are only legal with personal consent, next-of-kin may override personal consent. However we do not believe that the next-of-kin should be allowed to override personal consent, it should be left to the donor what they wish to do with their body, the next-of-kin should have no say whatsoever in the matter. |
