Message | While this bill was proposed in the best of intensions, this would cause a collapse in our economy due to a huge gap of workers. Laws should focus on making the standard of living high to ensure our population lives to the current set age. |

Message | Most of our workforce is in their 20's or being educated. We should clear the way for the new generation to take on new responsibilities and let our elderly citizens enjoy the last portion of their lives. Why would this collapse the economy? |
Date | 03:13:45, June 07, 2015 CET | From | Front of the People of Beluzia | To | Debating the Retirement Age Appropriation Mandate of 3857 |
Message | It would due to the fact that a majority of the people 62-65 would look to retire when this legislation passes, and many people at that age hold important positions within society that could not be easily replaced within that time. Also the bureaucratic process of having to process this huge amount of people looking to retire would be a huge strain upon the state, as well as the readjustment of funds that would be needed to support this proposed retirement age. |

Message | Hierarchies in business are meant for these situations. We do agree, though, that some positions would be difficult to train for, though it would be feasible if the bill was instated over time. If we can add a resolution for a grace period between the passing of the bill and its enactment, would that work for your party? How is a 2 year period for you? |

Message | We would find this suitable if your party could ensure the following 1. A well thought timeline concerning the implication of the bill 2. Explanation of how to acquire the funds needed to support welfare |

Message | Upon these two being met we will support and urge the leftist majority to do the same. |

Message | 1. We will start the timeline as soon as the bill passes. Within 8 months, the replacement for the outgoing worker must be found. If not by then, the company/agency would relinquish ability to participate in the timeline and would be subject to the bill. If a small business or underfunded agency cannot complete the requirements by the 8 month deadline, we will allow the business/agency in need to have another 6 months and enough time to train the new employee/worker as they need. After a maximum of 10 more months, the business would have to comply with this bill. If a business/agency can comply with this bill quickly, we will grant the business a 1.5% corporate tax break for a one year period and will prevent funding decreases for the agency involved for 2 years. We believe this will allow adequate time for companies to comply with this legislature. 2. A small rise in corporate tax (17% to 25% percent) and luxury tax (18% to 25%). Our estimations show that this is sufficient for the increased welfare for our nation with the passing of this bill. |

Message | Pardon the miscalculation in part 2. Due to the FotPB bill increasing taxation, we will propose a new taxation bill increasing tax on the top 3 classes by at least 10% with the 25% corporate and luxury taxes. |

Message | While we would except this, be warned that the right leaning will throw a fit (quite literally) when they see that, but we will accept, and will try to convince the rest of the left to do so. We would propose only a 3-5% tax increase in the top 3 classes, that should be enough. (OCC- Due to my party having the ministry of Finance, we would have to propose the taxation of the three classes, but I will be happy to do so.) |

Message | We urge all parties to vote for this, so our nation may become stronger in youth while we give our elderly who rebuilt our great nation the recognition they deserve. |
