MessageThe law says that Rutania can't use eminent domain. so why is this important ? I get why vote on eminent domain, but, it is illegal, so this law won't ever permis a single victim to determine the value of their houses, because there is no victim of something the government cannot do.

at first, should we legalize eminent domain.
