| The Capitalist Working Families propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania: (1) 25% of the National Budget goes to INFRASTRUCTURE Projects to put Rutanians BACK to WORK, and it is DOUBLE that of the previous budget at "4 Trillion RUT." (2) 25% of the National Budget goes to DEFENSE to maintain Rutania's Strong National Defense and military, and it is 24% higher than that of the previous budget at "6 Trillion RUT." (3) SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY Gets about 16% of the Budget to foster research and development, and it is about 2 Trillion RUT GREATER than the current budget; (4) FINANCE gets about 16% of the budget to foster our financial markets, and it is 44X greater than the current budget; (5) The remaining 16% of the budget is EVENLY divided amongst everyone else, including the Justice Department. (6) In conclusion, this budget RAISES Rutania's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by OVER 666 Million RUT. ---Peter D. | Message | Well. We are happy to see cut in defence, but unhappy about cut in foreign affairs. We are even more unhappy to see cuts in Education and in healthcare. the government is currently paying privatehealthcare and private education to all citizen of rutania, that is what the laws, but the fact, it is that with limited ressource and the way private sector fonction, the government can't pay for all citizen of Rutania, so we have fees to service which are supposed to be free, or those service are in very poor condition to lack of funding. Rutania is a country of 99 000 000 individual, and this budget only give 6-7 dollar for private healthcare... and of them goes into profits, if not two, we are stuck at 4-5-6 RUT. The Rutania government is way too small and is unable to carry out its missions. We are happy to see increase in Agriculture and environment, but we believe those department need more.
