Bill: No Cabinet, No Budget Act of 3859

Details

Submitted by[?]: Free Democratic Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 3860

Description[?]:

It seems reasonable to us to defund the government if we have no cabinet members to allocate funds. This is the ideal situation to begin with, as we don't want government in the first place, and we feel we can get some parties on board because it makes common sense. Where is that 130,000,000,000 SOL going for the education fund? It's going nowhere, as we are literally throwing the money into the street for anyone to take. That's not fair. We want a government that doesn't exist at all, and this is the only way to achieve that.

MessageOOC: The absence of ministers does not imply the absence of ministries. We can safely assume Solentia's government is being run by interim ministers.
