Bill: Abolishing National Service
Details
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 3860
Description[?]:
In one of the Liberal Alliance's "reforms", they callously returned National Service to our country. We cannot allow this injustice to continue any longer, people should have the right to decide to do with their lives after education, national service only hinders peoples progression in life on a whole. We acknowledge that there are currently two options: a military national service or a lesser paid civilian national service. However we believe that neither should be in place and after people complete their compulsory education at 18, they should be able to completely choose what to do with their lives. |
