"This act supports the agenda of everyone. First off, we know the only reason we have a high Industry budget is to pay off corporations to support our parties. That's bribery, and we don't need to waste so much money on Industry. We don't think raising the Science Budget is a good idea, but we think this comprise will solve our budget problem."
