We believe the state should have its own industries to conduct project that are considered vital to our economy and so we do not have to relies to the private to get things done, in the event where the private sectors does not do good a job, we do not paid them. We would have our own industries.

Mr. Speaker,

We will support this bill because it is NOT "socialism." It is FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY. Why should the State allow private defense industries to sell weapons to our own military when we can produce that infrastructure OURSELVES and save billions of RUT.
