Bill: The Adelia Religious Union's Platform on Basic Decency

Details

Submitted by[?]: Adelia Religious Union

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 3862

Description[?]:

It has been brought to our attention, after several recent demonstrations of outsiders coming into our towns, that there are very few laws governing basic decency. Some of these acts, when preformed in front of developing minds, have been proven to cause long term psychological harm. While we will not force any other state to adopt our higher standards, we would ask that you would allow us to make them follow our terms.

MessageMme. Speaker,

We find ourselves voting in favor of this bill, as we generally agree with the principles it espouses. We oppose Article 5, but at the present moment we do not feel that it is major enough to warrant our vote against this bill.

I yield.
