Description[?]:

I think limited copyright protection to owners of technology and art must be allowed. This will allow the people to find new ideas, and creative works their own.I know art and technology is part of the commons, but i also think,it is very important to the owners too.If someone want to use someone's art work,he can always ask for a consent. In Technological Industries, limited copyright protection will accelerate the progress on this sector.I hope this act will hep people to discover more.
