Amendment to the Budget; Ibutho Assistance, Growth and Economic Opportunity Act 1. The Congress directs the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Director of the Zardic Organization for Development Assistance to offer all possible assistance to the Federal Repubic of Ibutho regarding democracy building, governance reform and other forms of developmental assistance. 2. The Minister of Internal Affairs, Director of the Federal Police Service, Chief Administrator of the Counter Terror Administration, and the Minister of Defense shall partner where appropriate with the civil and military authorities of Ibutho and train the development of the security forces and police. Cooperation in areas of police reform, counter-terrorism, counter-narcotics, and transnational crime issues is highly encouraged. 3. The Minister of Internal Affairs, and the Minister of Justice shall work with the appropriate judicial bodies in Ibutho to develop rule of law institutions. 4. The Minister of Education and Culture, and the Minister of Science and Technology shall develop a joint education, science, and cultural venture to encourage cross-national cultural and education development. 5. The Minister of Trade and Industry is directed encourage direct investment and trade with Ibutho. |
