| We propose- Creation of Leader of Lodamun - President as head of state- largely ceremonial role representing the the people of lodamun, must take oath to protect state Unity, Respect Lodamese Nationalism and Stability. Advisory role may sit in cabinet meetings as well as advise on Internal and foreign affairs of the state. May take foreign trips to promote trade and promote positive P.R for the GDR of Lodamun. President cannot declare war or initite trade without consulting prime minister and Presidium. Creation of Prime Minister- representing the electorate and official government of lodamun. Prime minister holds all executive powers and may act without consent of the Head of State. |
