Message | The current law is just fine. There is no need to determine types of certain firearms,as our citizens have no access to military grade equipment. We can't really restrict anyone from owning a weapon he has paid for, and the government has collected a tax for it. Hurmuz Hiriki, Minister of Justice |

Message | We have decided to vote no on this because we believe that the state shouldn't dictate what people can or cannot own. However, the introduction of some weapon-regulating acts in other countries have shown promising results in terms of crime reduction. Perhaps legislation that limits gun carry rather than gun ownership is better (as well as the introduction of gun licences of various tiers, and mandatory safety courses) Thanks, The Social Rationalist Party |
