An act to further the principle of Confessionalism on which the Ahmadi Republic is founded. Additional power is devolved to Barmenia's religious communities, granting them full control over their own citizens. Additionally, in order to avoid the control of one community over another, the armed forces shall be fully confessionalized, and each community shall maintain its own separate military and police forces. In order to better implement the principles of Ahmadi democratic republicanism, each community shall be governed in a democratic fashion, abolishing the Knsbék system used under the old Caliphate and replacing that position with an elected Meclis. Message | Mr. Speaker, The Caliphate has not existed for a long time. We have had a brief period, and then a Republic before this dower theocracy. You dare stand here, and promise peace as you ensure sectarian warfare? We are just recovering from a Kathuran minority government brought on by the collapse of the last 'great' Ahmadi confessionalist plan- why does the Government plan now, beyond death and religon cloaked reconciliation? Scrap this farce, Mr. Speaker. Eliminate this stain on our nation. Rebekka Ester |

Message | The confessional system of the Caliphate was however never abolished. This bill will implement a more democratic form of government for our various Kns while ensuring that they will be provided suitable defense. The Caliphate did not collapse because of confessionalism, it collapsed because of the genocide perpetrated against the Felinists. That genocide could have been avoided if the Felinists had been armed, which is exactly what this bill aims to offer to all major communities. Husn Jazdsrmko Utrji Wazír of Internal Affairs |
